[酒肉人生] 後院 L’arrière-cour

威士忌雄性特徵太顯著,我雖好酒,卻極少主動接觸。不過一直風聞這家酒吧收藏超過四百種單一麥芽威士忌,老闆也來頭不小,據說是獲得蘇格蘭威士忌產業最高榮譽The Keepers of the Quaich終身會員的首位華人,此夜特來朝拜。調酒師說,香港是喝葡萄酒的天堂(免關稅),而台灣則是威士忌的天堂,除了本土能夠自產優質威士忌,也是全球第二大進口單一麥芽威士忌的國家。

置身其中眼花繚亂,最終由調酒師推薦一款來自台灣南投和另一款泥煤味極重的蘇格蘭威士忌。配上加入酒渍配菜的滷肉飯(天哪,比傳說中台北最好吃的滷肉飯要好太多了),胃裡的火燒感,瞬間被肉食和澱粉安慰,我好像忽然之間更能體會烈酒的美好了。
